FOX News' Own Admission, It's Using A Non-Journalist To Interview Palin

Last year, FOX News defended Sean Hannity's fundraising for then-presidential candidate Rudy Giuliani by saying, "Sean is not a journalist - Sean is a conservative commentator." So why isn't "real journalism: fair and balanced" FOX News using a real journalist to conduct what may be its most important interview of the 2008 campaign, the second and possibly only nationally televised interview before the VP debate of a controversial vice presidential candidate whose record is still largely murky? The answer can only be that they're more interested in providing pro-Palin commentary than they are in offering real journalism to the American people. Even in a post 9/11 world. Query: What part will McCain advisor/FOX News contributor Karl Rove play in the process? (h/t reader James)
